Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Drama Creator AI ("we", "us") for using the Drama Creator AI app and website. By using Drama Creator AI, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. Drama Creator AI is an invite-only beta: we decide who gets access, and we may add or remove testers at any time. Keep your account to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
A beta, not a finished product
Features, looks, prices and limits will change. Parts of the app may break, be slow or be unavailable, and we may pause video generation or other features at any time. Please keep your own copy of any video you care about.
What you can't make
You're responsible for what you ask Drama Creator AI to make. Don't use it to create or share content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal acts or violence;
- sexualizes minors in any way, or is sexually explicit;
- is hateful, or harasses, threatens or bullies anyone;
- impersonates a real person, or depicts a real person without their permission, including deceptive deepfakes;
- is meant to mislead people into thinking AI-made scenes are real events;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- is spam, or tries to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service.
We may refuse requests, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your stories and videos
Your stories are yours. As between you and us, you own what you put in and the videos made for you, to the extent the law allows. AI-made material may not be protected by copyright everywhere, and other people may get similar results from similar ideas.
You give us permission to store, process and copy your stories and media, and to send them to our providers, only as needed to run Drama Creator AI for you. We don't use them to train AI models or in marketing without asking you first. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
You're responsible for what you make and share, and for having the right to use anything you put in.
AI output
Pictures, videos, voices and dialogue are made by AI models. They can be inaccurate, strange or different from what you asked for, and the voice director can misunderstand you. Review everything before you share it. NothingDrama Creator AI makes is advice of any kind.
Label it as AI
Every Drama Creator AI video is AI-generated. When you post one, label it as AI-generated wherever the platform requires or offers it, such as TikTok's AI-generated content label, and don't present it as real footage.
Credits
Making pictures, videos and voice conversations uses credits, shown in the app as a balance. The price of each step is shown in the app. Credits are a virtual balance for use in Drama Creator AI only: they have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and aren't refundable except where the law requires. When a generation fails on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Prices and how many credits things cost may change; a change doesn't affect a generation you've already started. You pay up front: add money to your balance in the app (payments are handled by Stripe) before you make videos. New accounts start with no free credit; we may add credit by hand, for example as a gift.
Sharing to TikTok and other apps
You choose when to share. When you post a video to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or another platform, that platform's terms and community guidelines apply to your post, and you're responsible for following them.Drama Creator AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or any other platform.
Third-party services
Drama Creator AI relies on outside providers for voice, image and video generation, hosting and storage. We aren't responsible for their outages or for how they change their services.
Disclaimers
Drama Creator AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any output will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Drama Creator AI won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
You agree to cover the costs of claims brought against Drama Creator AI by others because of content you made or shared, or because you broke these terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using Drama Creator AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to for legal or safety reasons, or if we end the beta. If we end your access for breaking these terms, any remaining credits are lost. The sections on your content, AI output, disclaimers and liability continue after your access ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app or by email if a change is significant. Using Drama Creator AI after a change means you accept the new terms.
